Ode de Ammonia is not exactly French perfume! As with any product, I would use a small amount of ammonia at first to see if you might have a reaction to it. As to any long term effects, I don't know of any, but perhaps someone on the net may have some information on this. P.S. Avoid putting ammonia near your eyes or mouth.
