I abhore anything coming close to my eyes. But I found the only way to overcome this was to hold the eye open and just live with the initial stimulus. It will only take a little while for this to be overcome...three days or so And then the eyes will have adjusted. There is no "quicky-cure" that I know of top substitute for the sensitivity.
