	Could somebody please post (send me mail) information on the
encoding/decoding scheme used in tohex/fromhex from the SumMAC 
CCOM system? Somebody posted a "quickprint" program a while ago
to net.sources using this encoding scheme and I haven't been able
to decode it yet.
