Bennett Todd (ecsvax!bet) told me that he has been receiving
numerous requests for copies of my 'make' program.  So, I
decided that I would post my "new improved" version.  Still a
very simple program, but it works.  One of these days I may get
around to expanding it.  I might be willing to keep a mailing
list - so if you want you can send me your name, net address,
and your real address too! - and I might let you know if I
improve it.

By the way, I do appreciate receiving your comments, and
everybody likes to know if their work is appreciated (hint hint).
