(C'mon, I need some support. The book is much more convincing than my excerpts could ever be out of context. It's called "Out on a Limb", available in paperback almost everywhere, and has a more-or-less orange cover with a grimly expressioned pic of the author. Her other books are: "Don't Fall Off the Mountain" - very good, not so much wierd stuff (just a little mind over matter with the monks.) "You Can Get There From Here" - havn't read it, supposedly not as good -Mark BCR
