It's stupid, childish, and dumb. I recommend it to all "Airplane" fans as a very good "sequel in spirit." Without killing the laughs for everyone else, it's enough to say that it's a "'Truth, Justice, and the American Way' versus Communism" plot with a stab at a lot of films.
