He comes on just after Teri Garr, and the music is beginning to fade out. He's doing the trick of flipping the cigarette around in his mouth, and then the Ghostbuster's logo appears on the huge electronic billboard in NYC (the one on the beginning credits of Saturday Night Live). The question still stands: who's the gal Ray Parker's dancing around with. I'm pretty sure it's not the lady from HBO's Not Necessarily the News as somebody suggested earlier.
