It came out in December, 1977. The flipside is unreleased too. It is called "Prince of the Punks". Here is some other Kinks info. There is a single on RCA called "Preservation" that is not on any album. Also, there is a single version of "Scrapheap City", also on RCA that has Ray Davies doing the vocals instead of the woman who does them on the "Preservation Act 2" album. Lastly, there is a b-side called "Artifical Light" on an Arista import single that is unreleased. Bob Gottesman
