For any of you trying to trying to send mail from ihnp4 to bbncca,
the link has apparently been one-way-only for the past month
(bbncca to ihnp4, but not vice-versa.)  Anyone having sent mail
from ihnp4 who has not received a reply should try to send it again.

Ihnp4 has been notified, and the problem should be fixed
by the time you read this.
