	As of this date I have 28 favorable responses to the proposal to
start net.micro.ti99 and 1 unfavorable response. I have listed the responses
in a separate article to follow because of the length. The single unfavorable
voter stated that he opposed the net because he said net.micro.ti already
existed. If this net does exist, I can't find any trace of it; so that takes
care of his objection.
	So, if you can find the time to open the net, I think we have a quorum.
