More subways in New York:

Don't forget the Long Island Railroad's Brooklyn line (to Atlantic
and Flatbush Aves) which has sections of "subway" trackage in
the East New York area and near the terminal.  The LIRR also
uses the Pennyslvania Station tunnels.
