First is that it has very tight street clearances and sharp turns with clearance problems. I belive, but am not certain, that these have been fixed in a large reworking of the track that is just finishing. Second is that because of all the problems with the Boeing LRVs half the order was cancelled and there are not enough Boeing trolleys to go around so they run the PCCs on the Arborway line. It saves them grief to concentrate the same type of cars on the same line so that when one breaks the next one can couple to it without an adapter.
