There is a large number of planets. The possibility of amino acids originating somewhere in the universe does not seem all that negligible if you take that into account, even with questionable calculation methods used (I saw very different figures from some Extraterrestrial Communication Congress). The original question is similar to "what's the probability of Bob Brown being born at that exactly location?". Negligible, no doubt. But,... Mike Musing
