	With all due respect*, if a capability for reasoned discourse
is agreed as a better indication of humanity, or perhaps some inkling
of the vast number of *different* possibilities our human complexity
allows us rather than mere procreativity, then on these criteria jrl
must fail. 
	I personally recognise an even broader definition of humanity,
which includes utter ignorance and reptilian hate. On these grounds
jrl is safely back into the fold; I shall not reject him. 
	It is doubtful that jrl is much relieved at this verdict.
Particularly, the fairness or lack of same in his aquittal is probably
below his concern. But if I were his landlord, boss or even the mechanic
fixing his brakes my judgement would immediately take on a sinister
weight. *Sinister* to the extent that juctice and fairness did not
prevail. You can just see jrl hurt and angry over someone elses narrow-
mindedness. 
	A definition of humanity that includes us all is central to
our survival. Jrl, you're in. Hitler and I are in. Gays and Jerry Falwell
are in. We're ALL in and that tells a lot of good and bad about us, but
at least we start with the truth.
