EST, by the way, does not generally allow people with histories of psychological treatment (as in serious, not just sex therapy or something) to take the training. It is also a very stressful/painful experience--obviously not for everyone. Another thing included in the training are a few specified "bailout" times when you can leave and get a full refund. I don't recall whether or not they also let you do it less conspicuously than when the "trainer" as they call him/her specifically announces it. Oh well, gotta go.... dno@cvl.arpa David
