Sorry to use an inappropriate group, but the readership's right.
I just saw JOYS OF FANTASY, which is a nice enough highbrowish collection
of classical and modern erotic fantasy literature, but illustrated with
photos (albeit low-contrast random-halftone, arty-looking ones) of couples
doing things and showing things I thougt even the hardest-core skin magazines
couldn't show.  Anybody know what the New York State "obsenity" laws preclude,
and have others seen this book out of NY State?  Sigh.  I guess in the
interests of research I'll have to check out the skin mags and see if time
has been passing me by.  Any info on this topic would divert a humid August...
