		WHERE ARE THE NET.POLICE??!?!!


    Over the past two days I have read most of the articles in
net.singles.  I found much of it interesting, enlightening and
amusing.  Unfortunately, I read a great many articles that
digressed into personal attacks (some of which were quite vicious),
and others which just belabored topics that were already beat
to shreds.  This raises a few questions:

	Where are the net.police?  (Someone needs to put a stop
                                    to all this foolishness).

        What ever happened to netiquette?  (When new to the net,
                                            *I* earnestly read
                                            the do's and don'ts).

        Why do we (fellow .netters) put up with this?

	Why don't we all just mellow out and attend Chuq's
        First Occasional Meadow Party?

        Why is there air?

        Why does 7 a.m. exist?  Does it?  (Oops!  I do get quite
                                           carried away sometimes...)

	Anyway, I think my point has been made.
