Speaking of being "delightfully different":

	When I am the designated driver, I will hold the door open for
my passengers.  Since I don't make a great deal of fuss over the act,
most people merely thank me, unless they are older men, in which case
comment on how the world has changed...for the better, I would think!
There's nothing like a little courtesy.

	On the other hand, when I am the passenger, I do not expect such
cavalier treatment unless it is a very good friend of mine, who knows
my ways, and how much I appreciate little courtesies.

	So...Do unto others as you would have done unto you, but don't
hold your breath waiting for others to reciprocate!
