Regarding slimy leeches...

If a person such as this causes you to be sufficiently nervous, run, do
not walk, to the nearest telephone and call the police.  Even though you
are not filing a specific complaint/charge, you may be able to provide
information about someone who bothers other people as well.  It sounds
rather sick or big brotherish, I know, but an ounce of prevention on
your part could help out somebody else with a more serious problem. Some
people like this prey on multiple persons at once.  Some don't follow
the conventional rule book.
