Any resemblance between these descriptions and reality is merely a fig newton of your imagination *) Now to the not breeding question: Suppose that a man and woman have a relationship such that they occasionally make love, and a pregnancy results from one of these occasions. The woman is ABSOLUTELY CLEAR about her decision to have an abortion. Does she tell the father or not? Being one who likes to avoid difficult situations, I think I would be inclined to go quietly about my business if I thought I could get away with it. My justification (rationalization - besides the yellow streak :-)) is that I've met my fill of men who TALK about not wanting children (or are ambivalent on the issue at any rate) and then assume that the woman 1) agrees with him and 2) has been responsible for contraception. If they are willing to leave the responsibility for contraception up to me, then they should be willing to leave *birth control* up to me, as well. Abortion flames to net.abortion *PLEASE*. All other flames cheerfully accepted. Moira Mallison tektronix!moiram
