Someone asked why the shoes couldnt be worn so I thought Id elaborate.
1. Because the woman never learned to walk in 4" heels.
2. The woman had hip bursitis and had trouble in even smaller heels
3. The closed pump style-although nice was far too narrow for her foot.
   (besides-given only 5 weeks notice the "closed toe" season had ended
 prior to that time so a pair that Fit, and FIT the description was not
easy to find -even a pair with smaller heels was no longer available
in her size)
