Concerning the USFL.....
The NY (or is it NJ) Giants of the NFL have a player in camp named
Chris Godfrey, who played for the Michigan Panthers of the USFL last
season. The NYTimes reported this morning that Godfrey, who sprained his
ankle while playing for the Panthers, had been placed, by the Giants,
on a list of players unable to perform because of "non-football-related
injuries."
