In response to a previous article....
ST2 - I believe the jist of the conversation between
Kirk and Peter Preston in sickbay is as follows:
	Peter:"Captain...is the word given?"
	Kirk:"The word is given - warp speed"
	Peter:"Aye Sir."
	Then Peter dies.
I always thought this was the delirium of Peter's
injuries talking; that he still thought he was
in a combat position, and wanted Kirk's next orders;
loyal to the end.

Does anyone out there subscribe to a Star Trek
Newsletter called "INTERSTAT"? I would like to get
more information about it.
