  No way,  remember what the Organians were, they are pure energy!!!
how can you destroy pure energy, that is intelligent?  I can't believe
that the all knowing, all seeing Organians would allow any mechanism
that could even possibly destroy them, from even getting near them.
You must also remember that the Organians could change into any shape
that they wanted, and the humanoid appearance that they had was
"for the sake of Kirk, Spock, and the Klingons".  I don't see that
some being or higher form of life such as the Organians would allow
such a thing as the Genesis machine to destroy them.
