	It most certainly WAS Jeannie II, and I have references to back me
up if you don't believe my (nearly) infallible memory.  As proof (what a
silly subject to prove myself in; "I Dream of Jeannie" trivia), I offer the
following other examples of geniedom:  
	her dog, Gin-Gin  (he hated uniforms)
	her mother, Mama  (no othe name given)
	the chief Genie,  The Blue Djinn (also the one who imprisoned her,
because she wouldn't marry him)
	the apprentice genie, Hajji (played by Bob Denver)

	Can I go home now?
