is from _The Horror of Fang Rock_.  The scenario:
     The Doctor walks into a room containing the survivors of
   the wreck of a ship, sits down and puts his feet on a table,
   all without introducing himself.  At this point one of the
   survivors asks him the question.

As to your question of which episodes are available up here,
it is my sad duty to report to you that the Time Lords yet
again have perpetrated that most illegal and immoral action of
putting the Pacific Northwest in a time loop, thus putting us
among the ranks of the Fifth Planet.  Not only are we doomed to
forever watching the twelfth to fifteenth seasons (Tom Baker
and [Sarah Jane & Leela]), but even these episodes are only
available through an obscure channel from up north, which can
be seen only if you have cable.
