Dr Who is on every night at 7:00 on channel 21 in the NY/NJ
area.  This is the only one I know about, there may be other
times and stations.  I get it on regular UHF.  I think it is
on many of the cable feeds too, but check the local cable Company.
Maybe someone else has other times and channels like from Philly
which is also on many cable systems.  I would like to know of some
others as Uncle Floyd is moving to the 7:00 pm timeslot next
month and this will be a Gigantic conflict.  Check out Uncle
Floyd when you get up here. It's not for everyone.  It is
supposed to be a kiddie show, BUT, the jokes and nutty things
are way over the kids heads.  It is sort of like the old
Soupy Sales days.
