Does anyone know of a good set of 68k software development tools which
for cross-development on VAX VMS systems (UNIX might also be acceptable,
especially if they might be portable to VMS)?

By "software development tools" I mean any combination of debuggers,
linkers, assemblers, compilers, simulators, etc, for cross-development.

We have heard of an offering from Tektronix, but we would like to
know whether anyone has had any experience with it or competing offerings
before we commit.
