Would you mind moving that house out to California and offering it for
sale here? At that price, you would have a stream of eager netters

This is not intended to be personal - I picked this message at random to
respond to. When offering or asking for something of CLEARLY regional 
interest only, PLEASE try to limit the distribution to areas that would 
be interested. For example, the Bay Area net community has been carrying 
on a discussion of the quality of various all-night eateries; none of this 
has been sent to the rest of the net. Things like houses in Chicago and 
apartments in New Jersey really hold very little interest for most of the
albino ground squirrels in 29 Palms, California.
