Lines: 19 Our central computer center is on BITNET. Our engineering computer center (us) runs UNIX and is therefore on the UUCP net. I've sent mail to the BITNET folks via ucbvax (I understand psuvax1 is also a gateway). Sending mail next door (literally) via a machine 2000 miles away seems rather foolish. Does anybody have information about what is required for our VAX 11/750 to talk to their IBM 4331. Since gateways exist, I know that what I want to do has been done. Thanks in advance for any help. (Even a person's name and phone number at ucb or psu would be a start). -- Kurt Haserodt ..!ihnp4!wucs!kurt Box 1045 Washington University (314)-889-6160 St. Louis, MO 63130 USA
