I'm looking for a program that will take as input: a monthly mortgage
expense, a monthly mortgage income (rental income), a depreciation
factor, and a tax bracket factor, and will tell me the rent I have to
charge on an apartment to break even.  I am assuming that I can't
charge the total cost of the mortgage, and am counting on depreciation
to make up the difference.

In addition, how does one calculate depreciation on property where one
lived previously?  I lived in my condo one year, and am looking to
rent it now.  How does depreciation work from this point?
