I need a relational dbms, with functions callable from C.
Ideally it should have c-callable functions, be small, fast, cheap,
useful, bug-free, and clean.  Failing that, I'll take what
I can get.

It must run on a pdp-11 running PWB or 2.9, or a VAX running 4.1
