I would like to hear of anyone's experiences with speed reading
courses such as "Evelyn Wood" or "Stanley H. Kaplan Ed. Center."
(I am an overworked student.)
Are they effective? Are they worth the money? 
Are they very expensive? Are they helpful for *understanding* 
textbooks?
