I know that this doesn't really have anything to do with beer but: The "affected" English accent belongs to an Englishman from the group (ex-group?) Monty Python. John Cleese is his name, I think (the one who was in "Fawlty Towers"). By the way - I kinda like the commercials - at least they're different!
