can also call 1-800-824-7888 (CA: 1-800-852-7777; AK/HI: 1-800-824-7919) and
ask for Operator 195.

According to the 1983 catalog, the PMB T-shirt (item 2A) was $9, plus $1
shipping.  It's probably higher now (and there are many other interesting
items of apparel available, plus books/records/etc.), so I suggest writing
for a catalog (same address) first.
