Try writing to them and asking for this: PB-263 925 "A Contribution to Computer Typesetting Techniques, 9-track ASCII" National Technical Information Service 5285 Port Royal Road Springfield, VA 22161 If you can't digest 9-track ASCII or EBCDIC, then you are out of luck (unless you decide to type them in by hand from the documentation that comes with the tape).
