Subject: more on debugging new icons

In addition to being unable to refresh cached icons, the finder seems
to require that an applications bundle bit be set in order for you to
double-click and open one of the applications documents.  Hence, after
downloading a new version of the application, you may have to use Set
File to set the bit.
