Note from the INFO-MAC -> ont.micro.mac relayer

As you may have noticed, fa.info-mac has appeared, containing INFO-MAC
articles.  I'll keep relaying INFO-MAC into ont.micro.mac for a while,
until fa.info-mac has proven itself, but will soon stop, leaving
ont.micro.mac for Ontario-only news relating to the Mac.  I think
discussions on the local use of SUMACC would be particularly interesting
to see (no, U. Toronto doesn't have it yet, but we're working on it).
