utcsrgv and certain other machines within the CSRI (Computer Systems
Research Institute at U of Toronto) will be down from Monday July 9
at 9 a.m. until approximately Thursday. Count on mail to us piling
up somewhere for a few days. A new front-end switch is being installed.

(I'm just a user, not a sys-admin, but haven't seen anything on the
net about it and thought I might as well let people know.)

But he only posted it to net.news.config, and now that utcsrgv is down,
he can't add ont.uucp, so I did.  He added in mail to me that he thought
the other systems involved were utai and uthub, but he wasn't sure.
