 So, the Liberals will have to wait for a few years 'on the sidelines'.
 But *will* they get back into the big ring?
		for example:
		  Assuming an exponential decay (why not) from approx.
		150 seats to 40 seats in (say) 4 years means that
		they are now through as a major political party and
		will be down to 11 seats by 1988!
