Because millions starve every day under capitalist-originated economic relationships. You can fault Cuba for a lot, but nobody starves in Cuba. This is no accident: Cuba makes it a goal to reduce starving, capitalists see it as some hoped-for outcome of their real goal: profit. Unfortunately, hoping hasn't worked for Africa and South America.
