The autodialer is back in service, thanks to a hardware jumper.  A software
jumper will be applied this evening, so we can give Wern back his breakout
box.  ETA for restoration of normal dialin/dialout service (i.e., dialin
on 5121 and secondary dialout on 2581) is a few days.
