Mail(1) has been improved in a couple of small ways.  It now uses the
getsys(3) routine to pick up the system name, rather than having it
compiled in as before.  And the postmark it puts on network mail as
it puts it into a local mailbox has been changed so it's always from
uucp, rather than from a quasi-random local login name.  Also, the
rmail(1) program has been fixed to use the -R option of mail(1), which
has eliminated the need to have a link to /bin/mail under another name.
