Another that wasn't mentioned is: Electronotes published by Bernie Hutchins 203 Snyder Hill Road Ithaca NY 14850 This is a newsletter format publication that deals with electronic music, both in theory and in application. Circuits are presented in building block form, rather than complete projects. On the other hand, the concepts presented are more complex (and useful?). A real gold mine. The address listed is old (1976) so it may be worth trying to call first. At last count, Bernie Hutchins still lived in Ithaca. He is an AES member if you have access to their directory.
