These bozos can pass the driver test (which doesn't take much), but don't care to remember what they might have read in the driver's manual. They drive around half asleep with one finger on the wheel (another in their nose) and their left foot resting on the brake and almost have a cow when they see someone "suddenly" appear in their rearview mirror. Speaking of mirrors... I have a little game for y'all. Every time you drive up behind someone, on the road or at a stop, look in their side and rear mirror. Do you see their eyes? If not, then you can bet they don't see you! You'll be amazed at how many people don't bother (or know how) to adjust their mirrors.
