Does anyone know which side of the street that people in
wheelchairs are supposed (required) to ride?  Should they go against
traffic (ala pedestrians) or with traffic (ala bicycles).

The kind of wheelchairs I am talking about are the "racing" type
chairs (slanted wheels, etc.), even though any kind could be used,
I guess.  Any information would be appreciated.
