	I contacted the GM corp office in Parsippany, NJ.  They are
in the Morris county phone book.  After many tries, I finally got 
through to them, and they told me what to send (copy of registration,
original!!! of repair bill) and where to send it.  The process was
fairly slow, but they did give me a partial reimbursement.  GM claimed
that if I had used a GM dealer to do the repairs, they would have
given a complete reimbursement.
