I seem to recall a friend of a friend getting all kinds on interior
and exterior parts from some place out here in Ornage County.  I'm
not positive, but I believe it was California Mustang (Salvage),
990 N. Parker, Orange, (714) 997-2000.  If this is the one I'm 
thinking of, they have a wide selection of new and used parts,
interior and exterior restoring goodies.  And just looking in the
White Pages, I've found these two:  Mustang Cars, 12688 Garden
Grove Blvd., Garden Grove, (714) 638-7110 (they may *sell* the cars).
Also:  Mustang Equipment Co., 2425 S. Kella Ave., City of Industry,
(213) 699-0581 (this may just be a name and have nothing to do with
cars).  Anyways, there they are, hope they help.
