  Would anyone like to submit their view on which are the top PHd programs in 
  Psychology, emphasis cognitive?  I'm interested in 
  
  []	Faculty (reputable or up-and-coming)
  []	Funding
  []	Innovative research program
  []	Area (climate, extra-curricular pursuits)

  I will be leaving the states shortly for a year of study abroad; when I
  return I hope to enter into a program that is strong in each of the above.
