But I suspect that net.comics has something in common with most comic books--there are probably thousands of readers but a mere fraction of those are actually letter writers or acticle posters. The reasons probably range from laziness to humility, being actually busy doing school or job work to being a reader more than a writer. Who knows? It's good that we have several more vocal individuals like Boyajian, Meyer, Moriarity, and Sutton et al. They usually provide a wide variety of comment to spur on further commentary. Heck, sometimes I'll even break down and say a few words myself! If you really want to see a big acticle count for several days, throw out something controversial and cleverly worded! Most powerful DC heroes? Well, for what few DC titles I read, how's this... Anybody from Krypton, Anyone (as yet, undiscovered) with a red sun in their sky, Dr. Fate or the Spectre, The Flash (given the right writer, he can do ANYTHING ;-) ) etc. etc. etc. "Got any slugs?"
